example image When you see something wonderful on a web site do you wonder how they did that...? Well I do and now I often find myself figuring it out. When inspiration strikes and I create something new and different, I write a new tutorial to share that insight with others. As I always say, I believe in sharing. I would not be here today if no one had shared with me. I would still be wondering how it's all done. I should say right off that I can't draw a nice straight line with a pencil and ruler. Never could, but give me a computer and a nice graphic program and it's "Look out world, here I come!"
I started out using Paint Shop Pro, because of a very badly written tutorial I was determined to conquer. Gladly I was successful. Later, I discovered PhotoImpact and wrote a couple of conversion tutorials as well as a Calendar tut and a couple for Outlook Express. Being a moderator in several Yahoo! Groups, I saw a need for a tutorial about setting up your own personal address to use there, and you will now find that here as well as everything else I might think of.
You will also find some tiny tuts called "Snap Shots" for PhotoImpact and "Spotlights" for other things. These are designed to be small - image sized really and you can just right click and save to your PC.
I hope you will find them easy to follow but, if you do get stuck, please don't hesitate to write me. Also, I would love to see your results if you care to show them off. Just use the email button on the tutorial page and don't forget to insert or attach your work.
***PSP Users Please note..... I have removed the tutorials for Paint Shop Pro. The program has evolved since they were written, and since I began using PhotoImpact I haven't kept up with the new versions and can't offer support for them. They are still on older webpages and a general web search for PSP 7 tutorials might find one or two of them.
